Our service is solely restricted to automated trading application development and Software, deployment and maintenance. All algorithms are based on backtested data but we do not provide any guarantee for their performance in future. The algorithm running in an automated system is agreed with the user prior deployment and we do not take any liability for any loss generated by the same. I have paid the money to ‘Meta Programming Technologies’ for Algo Software Subscription of my own. Nobody force me to release the payment. I have not given any money for investment in NSE/BSE or for demat account opening. i.e. I have paid an amount for a software subscription.

I understand that I will get information only on the basis of their software, where ‘ Meta Programming Technologies’ is not responsible for share market loss due to software, I myself am responsible for any losses happening to me due to market advice.

I have read the terms and conditions of ‘Meta Programming Technologies’, specially no refund policy, service fees will not be refunded in any case, either we will change the executive or promote for change the software Strategy.

I am aware that ‘Meta Programming Technologies’ is not authorized to handle the demat account as per SEBI guidelines. If I gave any demat account operation transaction rights or passwords to any staff of ‘Meta Programming’ then I am the only responsible for that.

Future I declare that none of the staff of ‘Meta Programming Technologies’ gave me any assurance/guarantee of profit in the share market and nobody cheated me and took money via fraud.
